## **A Coherent Approach to Getting Students Back on Track**  

Decades of progress were disrupted by the pandemic, and students who were already furthest behind have struggled the most to recover. Across the country, instructional fragmentation, particularly between core classrooms and intervention supports, undermines learning acceleration and widens opportunity gaps.
