Three Cohorts. One Shared Goal: Better Outcomes for Students.

Whether you're leading a single school or setting strategy for an entire district, these cohorts offer the structure, coaching, and momentum to take your ideas from possibility to practice.

 

The Opportunity Makers Leadership Cohort

Based on our groundbreaking report, The Opportunity Makers, this cohort is designed to help leaders build schools and systems where students experience belonging, receive consistent, high-quality instruction, and have access to a coherent, student-centered learning experience.

 

The Paths of Opportunity Leadership Cohort.

Rooted in our Paths of Opportunity research, this cohort helps leaders design initiatives that drive academic success, social capital, career-connected learning, personal support, and civic and community engagement.

 

Artificial Intelligence School/District Leader Cohort.

In response to the rapidly evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, this cohort is designed to help school and district leaders build the knowledge and confidence to lead in an AI-powered future.

Want help deciding which cohort is right for you? Watch one of our recent information sessions to hear directly from TNTP facilitators and past participants. You’ll also get practical guidance from a member of TNTP’s Fundraising team, who will share proven strategies for finding and applying to local and regional funding opportunities that can offset—or fully cover—your participation costs.

Paths of Opportunity and The Opportunity Makers Cohorts
  • $5,000 per participant 
AI School/District Leader Cohort (Includes four extra skill-building workshop sessions)
  • $6,500 per participant

September 1, 2025

Application Process

Our application and selection process includes a brief application and a one-on-one 45-minute orientation call with a TNTP Leadership Development team member. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Applications for our 2025-2026 cohorts must be submitted before September 1, 2025.
